Instructions for exchanges:

• To initiate an exchange, please visit: slamgoods.happyreturns.com and have your order number and email associated with the purchase readily available.
   
• If eligible, customers can place a new order right away using a temporary voucher equal to the value of the exchanged item(s)
• We accept exchanges up to 30 days after an order was fulfilled
• Sale items cannot be exchanged
• We do not accept exchanges for orders delivered outside of the United States
• Magazines cannot be exchanged
• Fatheads and slides are custom-made products, and cannot be exchanged
• Products marked as final sale cannot be exchanged
• Products marked down as sale items cannot be exchange
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition and packaging that they were received
• Customer is responsible for paying $5 flat-rate return shipping fee
  Shipping costs are non-refundable
